I started my undergrad at Hack The North building and I want to finish off my final undergraduate at Hack The North 2025 with a BANG!
Most Exciting Thing I’ve Built::
PLNT.AI is a startup I co-founded in 2020 after winning 2nd place in Canada at the NASA Space Apps Challenge. We built an AI-powered platform makes city vegetation mangement as intuitive as Stardew Valley except the crops are real trees, and the stakes are real climate impact.
- 🧠 Built with: Python, PyTorch, CSA satellite open data, React, FastAPI
- 🌱 Beta testing by multiple cities in Canada
- 💼 Joined (W5 Acelerator - Toronto, Conestoga Venture Lab - Waterloo, AC JumpStart - Waterloo) & awarded community venture & earth observation awards
- 📄 Canadian Space Agency Blog Feature
- 🌍 NASA Hackathon Project Page
- 🖼️ Early Pitch Deck PDF (2021):

🌊 FLOW
You ever wonder if driving to a farther hospital with less wait time is less total wait time? Wonder no more. Our servers scrap 146K+ wait time records/month to centralize them and answer this question for you (and train prediction models!)
- Won 3rd in Canada in the Presidents’s challenge!
- Invited by CBC over a podcast: https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/video/1.7163902
Novel ML Approach for Seismic Data Paper (Accepted @CUCAI)
Plotted Seismic Data in an image and a CNN performed better than time-series models (CNNs are just that good!)
🛒 Aisle Atlas
shopper-convenience maxing by giving your hat a camera!
☀️ Altima

🌱 My Spot (Hack the North 2020!)
My first hackathon project ever. The beginning of it all.
And many more like:
- a custom customer vision algorithim for Nokia Bell Labs
- A custom forecasting model to help predict flooding in the Toronto area in collaboration with the RBC Let’s solve it program:
